Rice vinegar is a very important seasoning, if you blend rice vinegar with sugar, you get delicious sour and sweet flavor. Because vinegar is volatile when heated, so you’d better use it after cooking. When people produce meat products, they would like to add proper yellow wine and white wine in it.
