Soy sauce ramen is very famous in Japan but it is originated from China. With a long history of development in Japan, now it has formed its special Japanese flavor. The ingredients used in ramen are usually onion powder<-a>, garlic powder<-a>, egg, barbecued pork, green onion, carrot, cabbage and so on.
Here is a little recipe of soy sauce ramen, you can make it in 10 minutes.
Material: one piece of dry ramen, proper bamboo shoots, one cooked egg, one piece of seaweed, 2-3 piece of barbecued pork.
Soup material: 400 ml Japanese soup, one spoon chicken powder, two spoons cooking wine, one spoon mirin, 1.5 spoon soy sauce, proper salt, half spoon garlic powder, one ginger, proper pepper.
1, wash the ginger carefully and cut it to pieces. Put all the soup material together and boil it with medium fire till boiled, and then take the ginger pieces out.
2, cut the green onion into shreds, and the bamboo shoots into dices. Peel the egg and cut it into two pieces. Cut the barbecue pork into pieces.
