Hensin Industrial: Eight Years of Dedication, Rising as Asia’s Innovative Leader in Pet Food Ingredients

Over the past decade, the rise of China’s pet economy has been remarkable. Pets are no longer just companions at home—they have become symbols of quality living. With the upgrade of pet consumption, the pet food industry is experiencing unprecedented opportunities for growth. As a critical part of this industrial chain, pet food ingredient enterprises play an irreplaceable role in driving industry progress. Against this backdrop, Shanghai Hensin Industrial, through eight years of focused research and dedicated efforts, has successfully emerged as one of the most competitive and innovative companies in Asia’s pet food ingredient sector.

Eight Years of R&D: Building a Solid Industry Foundation

Eight years ago, Hensin Industrial foresaw the booming trend of China’s pet food industry and began investing in ingredient research and development. Unlike many latecomers who relied mainly on imitation, Hensin has always insisted on independent innovation, developing a diversified product portfolio covering meat meals, hydrolyzed proteins, and pet-specific fats and oils.

From the early stages of producing basic dried meat meals to later advancements in deep-processed hydrolyzed meat meals, Hensin’s product evolution not only met the diverse needs of domestic pet food manufacturers but also laid a strong foundation of technological and quality advantages for competing in global markets.

Riding Industry Growth: Rapid Expansion

The Chinese pet food industry has developed at a globally impressive speed over the past decade. As China’s pet food continues to strengthen its position on the world stage, upstream supply chains have also flourished.

Through consistent R&D investment and agile responses to market demand, Hensin Industrial has achieved leapfrog growth. Today, the HENSIN brand is not only a major player in China but also actively expanding into international markets. Its products are now exported to over ten countries, including Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and Pakistan, establishing a stable market presence across East, Southeast, and South Asia.

Comprehensive Product Portfolio: Meeting Diverse Needs

In pet food development and production, ingredient stability and functionality are of utmost importance. After years of innovation, Hensin has built a nearly complete pet food ingredient system.

Dried meat meals serve as the foundational raw material.

Hydrolyzed meat meals offer high digestibility and palatability.

Pet-specific oils such as chicken oil, beef tallow, and duck oil enhance both flavor and nutrition.

Together, these provide comprehensive solutions for pet food companies across different positioning and needs.

Particularly in the fats and oils segment, Hensin has become one of Asia’s most competitive suppliers. These oils not only enhance nutrition and taste but also directly affect product palatability and consumer acceptance. With advanced production processes and strict quality control, Hensin’s oils have won recognition from clients across Asia and beyond.

Innovation and Internationalization: Shaping Industry Leadership

Eight years of persistence and accumulation have transformed Hensin Industrial from a follower into an industry leader. The company continuously explores new technologies and processes, advancing ingredient functionality and differentiation, while supporting downstream pet food enterprises in product upgrades and innovation.

At the same time, Hensin pursues a robust internationalization strategy, expanding overseas markets, promoting “Made in China” globally, and tailoring products to meet the specific needs of diverse markets. This spirit of innovation, paired with a global vision, has been the key for Hensin to stand out in fierce competition.

Conclusion: Eight Years of Growth, A Promising Future

In just eight years, Shanghai Hensin Industrial has grown from zero to the forefront of the international pet food ingredient industry. This achievement is not only a milestone for the company itself but also a reflection of the rise of China’s entire pet food ingredient sector.

Looking forward, with the ongoing prosperity of the pet economy and the continuous growth of global demand, Hensin will further strengthen its efforts in innovation, product upgrading, and international expansion, solidifying its position as Asia’s most innovative and leading global supplier.

For global pet food enterprises, HENSIN is not only a reliable partner but also a driving force in advancing the industry’s sustainable growth.
